    AWS & CloudZone Roundtable

    Grand Hôtel, Stockholm

    3 March 2026

Two weeks since the roundtable hosted by Amazon Web Services and CloudZone at Grand Hôtel in Stockholm.

    A few things stood out.

Developer efficiency has moved further than expected. Tools like Claude Code are close to standard adoption across several teams. That shift feels real.

What surprised me more was how few organisations had a good overview of the EU AI Act and the impact it will have. That gap will matter.

There was also a clear sense of why a Hybrid AI architecture makes sense. Not because it does more. Because it stays stable. When the LLM landscape shifts, and it will, a layered system adapts. That is a competitive advantage.

But the strongest theme was leadership.

How do you lead through this kind of transition?
How do you recruit for roles that didn't exist two years ago?
How do you keep teams moving when the ground itself is changing?

Most organisations are still figuring that out.
